ASPE 2018 Annual Conference is held in Kansas City, MO, from Saturday, June 16 – Wednesday, June 20. There are more than four hundred representatives from twenty-six countries. CSPC send experts to the conference.This activity would last for one week with plenty of training contents.
CSPC participates the conference as a commonweal organization.The exhibition booth of CSPC attracted many experts from different countries with its poster and English Journal CSPC NEWS by which people can get a comprehensive understanding of CSPC related work in China in recent years.

The CSPC commonweal booth has attracted experts to read the CSPC English Journal one after another.
It was the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival on 18th June(Beijing time), and the experts of CSPC was attending the opening ceremony of the Conference(16th to 17th is the pre-conference period). The first academic Plenary was: Human Simulation: Harnessing the Power of the Cybernetic Feedback Loop. There were several attractive topics includes: Teaching Pre-Med Students to Care for Male Victims of Domestic Violence; Innovative Simulation in Behavioral Treatments for Sexual Disfunction; Planning children SPs for student encounter; SPs Dealing with Real-life Death; Standardized Patient R & R (Retraining & Retaining),etc.. Participants could choose different room to listen the interested topics. Chinese representatives also chose the different topics and shared their experience with each other which made a good effect. The Chinese representatives are all master or PhD degrees which means their listening comprehension and oral ability are good enough and get ready for the conference.

A few days of training brought a lot of new knowledge to the Chinese team, and all training ended on Aug. 20th .
The training contents will be organized by the CSPC expert group to share with the national member units, and CSPC plans to organize an online video conference to conduct local teams of teachers with experience of August, and share the latest international SP teaching information and technology.
